She finished Bachelor and Master degrees in Public Health Medicine at a Medical Faculty of University of Ostrava in 2007. Since then, Eva had gained excessive experience working for NHS (National Health Services) in London, UK as a Specialist in Public Health Medicine and a Project Manager with a focus on cancer screening programs co-ordination, commissioning and education. Since 2007, Eva has taken several professional courses at London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, UK. As nutrition has been Eva’s passion for long time, she further studied nutrition and became a Nutritionist.
As a Project Manager with a focus on preventive medicine as well as education of Health Professionals (train the trainer), Eva had decided to further broaden her knowledge with a MBA programme at ESCP Europe, London where she focussed on an online entrepreneurship (fitness, nutrition & health).
In 2013, Eva together with her husband Michal and two children (Eliska & Tomas) moved from London to Australia. Since then, Eva has been working as a Specialist in Nutrition (with a focus on vegan, vegetarian, raw foods) and a Holistic Health Consultant and she practice around Australia as well as the Czech Republic and the UK. She further increase her knowledge as a practitioner at Institute for Functional Medicine.
Eva self-published an evidence-based publication called Hravě o živé stravě in 2015. The book has been translated into English with a name RAWsome Kids and is currently available as an ebook.
In this book, Eva discusses a suitability of strict and long term plant based diets such as veganism and raw foodism in children and suggests recommendations from the nutritional point of view. It includes over 60 raw and vegan, kids friendly recipes.
Eva also organises 4-6 weeks-long holistic health retreats in Australia and its concept has brought as an online option so she can guide anyone around the globe. She also runs various health workshops.
Main focus
Eva’s main focus is on holistic approach towards health, which means she is using tools of funcional medicine as well as functional & integrative nutrition.
